Abstract	The foreign experience of the role of public prosecution in the juvenile justice system in the countries which have their specific juvenile legal system has been reviewed. The research determines priorities of the juvenile justice development to be adopted in Ukraine to make sure children’s rights are respected, protected and fulfilled.
